Even if we eat a balanced diet, sleep well, and stay active, the stresses of modern life sometimes leave us feeling drained.  There are a few things you can do to replenish yourself.

 

HYDRATION IS KEY

It sounds so simple, but we could burn out if we are not hydrated enough (at the end of the day we are like indoor pot plants that need continuous hydration).  Some days we can be too busy to drink enough water or drinking too much black tea and caffeine which are strangely not hydrating us.  Summer days mean you need to up your H20 intake. Listen to your body. Feeling thirsty and a dry mouth or throat are sure signs that you need to replenish your water supply.
