Red Seal Cod Liver oil supports general health, providing a source of Vitamins A and D. Vitamins A & D supports the immune system, maintaining skin, hair, eye and bone health. Supports joint mobility.
Directions
Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules daily, with food.
Always read the label and use as directed. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Do not use if you are pregnant or consider to be pregnant.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
• Cod Liver oil: 275 mg
• Fortified oil equiv. to:
• Vitamin A: 600 mcg (2000 IU)
• Vitamin D3: 5 mcg (200 IU)
• Encapsulating aids. Contains fish, soy and corn.
No added: Artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners or preservatives
