Directions
Adult: 1 tablet daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Optimal with food.

This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Contains traces of corn.
Not to be taken by people with bleeding disorders, or in conjunction with anti-coagulants.

• Boron: 1mg
• Selenium: 50mcg
• Vitamin E: 34 mg (50 IU)
