Directions
Recommend Adult Dosage: 1 tablet daily.
Always read the label and use as directed. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Do not exceed the daily dose due to selenium being toxic at high doses.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Not to be taken by people with bleeding disorders, or in conjunction with anti-coagulants.

EACH TABLET CONTAINS: • Selenium: 100mcg • Vitamin A: 1500mcg RE (5000 IU) • Vitamin C: 250mg • Vitamin E: 41mg (50 IU) • Shiitake mushroom (L. edodes): 50mg Tabletting aids and colouring. Contains soy and corn. No added: Artificial flavours or sweeteners.
