Directions
Dosage: Adults: Take 1 chewable tablet daily. Children (age 5+): Take 1/2 chewable tablet daily. Can be taken anytime, with food, or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Caution: Not suitable for diabetics.
