Almond & Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup (250ml) almond milk, unsweetened
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp Red Seal Manuka Honey
2 scoops (30g) Red Seal Vanilla Protein Powder
 

Cooking Time

10 minutes

Serves

1 person

Place all ingredients into a blender, cover and blend until smooth.
