Apricot Super Seed Protein Bars

Muesli Slice


1 cup almonds, roughly chopped
½ cup dried apricots, finely chopped
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 scoops (30g) Red Seal Vanilla Protein Powder
½ cup coconut oil
2 tbsp Red Seal Manuka honey

Cooking Time

60 minutes


Makes 15 pieces

Step 1
Line a 15x20cm tin with baking paper.

Step 2
Combine the almonds, apricots, seeds, coconut and protein powder together in a mixing bowl.

Step 3
Gently melt the coconut oil and honey together and pour into the dry ingredients. Mix well.

Step 4
Press the mixture into the prepared tin and refrigerate until firm.
