1 ripe but firm avocado
400ml can coconut cream
1 scoop (15g) Red Seal Chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
1 ½ tbsp Red Seal Manuka Honey
2 tbsp peanut butter
toasted coconut, berries, shaved chocolate or cacao nibs to garnish
Scoop the flesh from the avocado into a blender, add the coconut cream, cocoa powder and protein powder, honey and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
Spoon into 4 bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Decorate with coconut, berries, chocolate etc…
