Ingredients12 fresh Medjool dates, stones removed
½ cup almonds, lightly toasted
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
1 scoops (15g) Red Seal Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tbsp Red Seal Spirulina powder
Cocoa powder, chopped nuts or coconut for coating.
Cooking Time20 minutes
ServesMakes 15 balls
Place the dates in a food processor and pulse until they are sticky and smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the almonds are finely chopped and the mixture comes together.
Form the mixture into 15 balls, roll these in your choice of coating.
Store in the fridge in a sealed container.
