20ml fresh lime juice
50ml Red Seal cold brew Peach & Pineapple tea
10ml free range egg white
Star anise pod for garnish
In a cocktail shaker add Cointreau, lime juice and Red Seal Peach & Pineapple cold brew tea and shake vigorously.
Add ice and egg white and shake very well.
Double strain (tea strainer will do) into a chilled coupette glass.
Garnish with star anise pod.
