Recharge Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 ½ cups chopped fresh pineapple
½ cup ice
2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp roughly chopped mint leaves
3 scoops (45g) Red Seal Vanilla Protein Powder

Cooking Time

5 minutes

Serves

Place all ingredients into a blender, cover and blend until smooth.
